You can vary the pleasures by replacing the almond powder with hazelnut powder, for example, or by rolling the balls in matcha tea powder or cocoa. Let your imagination run free!
Each recipe is for about 6 balls.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon of oil butter (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashew nuts...)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
PREPARATION
- Mix the dates, oil butter, chia seeds and oatmeal into a paste.
- Make balls and roll them in the sesame seeds.
- Store in a cool place.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 figs
- 1 tablespoon of oil butter (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts...)
- 1 tablespoon of quinoa flakes
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of almond powder
- 3 tablespoons of broken peanuts
PREPARATION
- Mix the figs, oil butter, quinoa flakes and chia seeds into a paste.
- Make balls and roll them in the peanut chips.
- Store in a cool place.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon of oil butter (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashew nuts...)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons of grated coconut
- some cranberries or goji berries (optional)
PREPARATION
- Mix the apricots, oil butter and chia seeds into a paste.
- Make balls and roll them in the grated coconut.
- Store in a cool place.
