How many times have you found yourself in the middle of nature, hair blowing in the wind, sunglasses on your nose when suddenly: plastic bottles, cigarette ends and other rubbish spoils the landscape!

5. And what about a night under the stars?

Sleeping under the stars is one of those things you should do at least once in your life.

Two essentials you need to know before embarking on an adventure:
-    You need to choose carefully where you are going to sleep.If possible, far from cities (choose the countryside or the mountains to enjoy a clear sky) and far from roads.
-    Don't neglect your equipment!Duvet, groundsheet, technical clothing, mosquito repellent ...

7. Where can i go to see wild wildlife?

Who has never let himself dream in front of a nature documentary saying: "Isn't it beautiful! I want to see wild animals too! "Well imagine, they are also right next to you, you just need to know where to look.
