This operation is part of the largest citizen and environmental mobilization on a global scale:
World Clean Up Our Planet Day will take place on September 17, 2022!
All over the world, millions of citizens will be able, with the sanitary measures in force to date, to collect waste on the planet.
180 countries are involved.
Thousands of collection points will be set up to rid the Earth of illegal dumps, rubbish and other plastics that pollute our environment.
On September 17, 2022 Decathlon invites you to participate in this citizen operation with outings and waste collection in our stores.
The World CleanUp Day is an opportunity to disconnect from the screens and take a breath of fresh air.
Let's join forces, positive energies to take concrete action and commit for our favourite playground!
Beyond this world day, at Quechua we want to mobilize even more hikers to help collect waste on our hiking trails.
Every time you go hiking, whether close to home or on the other side of the world, think “Hike Up, Pick Up”.
Before setting off, when packing your hiking backpack, remember to add a small bag, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel, so you can pick up any rubbish that you encounter en route.
At the end of your hike, share your harvest using the #hikeuppickup and tag the @Quechua account on social media. Don't hesitate to tag friends or family members to encourage them to follow your initiative on their next hikes, or accompany them to show them the way!
