Here is a recipe that you will love to prepare by the fireside during your camping holiday.
For a change from the classic barbecued chicken kebabs, try out this succulent chicken recipe with apricots.

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Total time: 30 mins
. A frying pan (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A multi-function MH500 knife
. A chopping board
. A soup spoon
For 2 people:
. 200g chicken fillet
. 3 apricots
. 1 shallot
. 1 clove of garlic
. 1 soup spoon of olive oil
. 1 tablespoon of honey
. A pinch of salt
1. Light your wood (or gas) stove and in the meantime, cut the apricots and chicken into small pieces.
Chop the shallot and garlic.
2. Put your pan on the heat and add the oil, honey, shallot and garlic.
Stir and leave to brown for 2 minutes.
3. Add the apricots, leave to brown for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Add the chicken and a pinch of salt.
Cook for 10 minutes, still stirring frequently
There you go, the chicken is ready to serve.
This dish goes well with black rice (or another favourite side dish)
