Looking for an easy dessert to make when camping? Something different from the famous wood-burned banana and chocolate recipe?
Well, get out your cooksets, here is a quick and tasty carambar chia pudding recipe.

CARAMBAR CHIA PUDDING

Utensils required:

. A frying pan (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A stove
. Two cups (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A teaspoon (included in the MH500 cookset)

CARAMBAR CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

For 2 people:

. 20 g chia grains (4 teaspoons from the MH500 cookset)
. 100 ml milk (of your choice)
. 50 ml coconut milk
. 4 carambar + 50 ml coconut milk

Instructions

  • CARAMBAR CHIA PUDDING

    1. Share out 10 g chia grains, 100 ml milk and 25 ml coconut milk in each cup. Mix and leave to rest for 15 mins.

  • CARAMBAR CHIA PUDDING

    2. Using the stove, melt the carambars with 50 ml of coconut milk.
    Stir regularly to stop the carambars from sticking to the frying pan.
    The sauce is ready in 5 mins!

  • CARAMBAR CHIA PUDDING

    3. Share out the sauce in the two cups.
