. A saucepan (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A lid (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A cup (included in the MH500 cookset)
. A MH500 wood stove
. One tablespoon + one teaspoon
. A multi-function MH500 knife
. A chopping board

Ingredients:

. 1 cup of red lentils
. 2 red onions
. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
. 1 tablespoon of honey
. 100ml of soy cream
. 1 cup of water
. Salt & pepper
. Crushed hazelnuts for the presentation

Our step-by-step recipe

    1. Roughly chop the onions while your fire is taking hold inside your stove.

    2. Place the saucepan on the stove and add two tablespoons of olive oil mixed with the tablespoon of honey.

    3. Add the onions and cook for 10 minutes, with the lid on.
    Stir regularly.

  • DHAL

    4. Add a little water and stir in the red lentils.
    Mix, add the soy cream, and then season with salt and pepper.

    5. Add 1 cupful of water and cook for 15 minutes, with the lid on.
    Stir regularly.

  • DHAL

    6. Serve the dal with some crushed hazelnuts on the side.
    It's time to eat!
