PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE

Ingredients:

. 85 g dark chocolate
. 90 ml milk (plant or not)
. 1 soup spoon of peanut butter (around 15 g)
. 30 g flour (wheat or rice for a non-gluten version)
. 3 soup spoons of brown sugar (around 30 g)
. 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Feel free to choose ingredients that you want to add to your brownie, but to give you some ideas, we chose nuts (somewhat important for a brownie), coconut yoghurt and chocolate chips.

    1. Heat the frying pan from your cookset on the wood stove and add the chocolate, milk and peanut butter.

    2. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth.

    3. Add the sugar, flour and baking powder.

    4. Mix everything together to a smooth brownie paste (or near enough 😉)

    5. Leave to cook with the lid on for 5 to 8 minutes depending on the power of the heat.

    6. Leave to cool down and add
    your choice
    of ingredients. Our additions: nuts, coconut yoghurt and chocolate chips
